InstantGMP customer (Your Company) collects the following data: Personal identification information (Name, email address, phone number, address) for each user in the application.
How do we collect your data?
Your Company will enter the data when you are created as an authorized user of the software.
How will we use your data?
Your Company collects your data so that it can email you with notifications of activities that require your attention. InstantGMP will not share your data with any other companies.
How do we store your data?
Your Company securely stores your data in your company’s individualized database. Your Company will keep your data for the duration of your company’s license period plus at least two years.
What are your data protection rights?
InstantGMP would like to make sure you are fully aware of all your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:
The right to access - You have the right to request Your Company for copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.
The right to rectification - You have the right to request that Your Company correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request Your Company to complete information you believe is incomplete
The right to erasure - You have the right to request that Your Company erase your personal data, under certain conditions. If your data is erased, you will forfeit access to the software.
The right to restrict processing - You have the right to request that Your Company restrict the processing of your personal data. Note that InstantGMP policy prohibits processing your data.
The right to object to processing - You have the right to object to Your Company's processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
he right to data portability - You have the right to request that Your Company transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.
